不好意思，问题已解决，我把asp.net的版本搞错了，应该是1.1的，我告诉服务器那边是2.0的！现在改过来了！没问题了！

问题已解决，把服务器的asp.net版本改为1.1就可以了！

???????? 这个问题是因为htc文件里面的文件没有写入的权限。 给文件夹htc的user用户有写入的权限，就可以了。 我们的软件做的网站是需要.NET1.1的框架的。
